Wow! Hands down the best ramen!!! We have tried so many ramen houses and we absolutely love Fukusuke!! We live in Long Beach but we make the drive...it's so worth it!! We got the Mixed Tempura (Shrimp & Vegetable), the Katana roll (fried spicy roll with jalapeños and eel sauce) and two orders of the Moyashi Ramen with a side of their spicy sauce. Hubbie brought me here for a birthday date night a few weeks and we just keep coming back.

Fukusuke is my favorite ramen of all time. I started coming here about 2 years ago. Before I started coming here I didn't even like ramen that much. But know I know what good ramen is supposed to taste like. I eat here with my whole family after we go to church on Saturday at First Huntington Christian. We go here at least once a week. My favorite is the spicy tonkatsu ramen with with extra pork and hard boiled egg. Comes with shrimp tempura on the side
I hate to say, but I probably come to this ramen house more often than I should admit. Staff is friendly, food is always on point and prices are hard to beat. Billy, Kristine and Amy always have a smile and happy to see you, so coming back an easy choice. I love the spicy pork moyashi tonkotsu and my wife is fan of the Chasu-men and firecrackers. So glad it’s nearby!! Must try for any Japanese cuisine lover!

It's been several years since I've reviewed this place and my opinion still has not changed. I think this is still one of my favorite places to get udon and their baked scallop roll. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They always check on you from time to time during your meal, which is great. The place does tend to get crowded during meal times, but it's worth the wait. They also offer a happy hour on drinks, appetizers and some sushi rolls. It's mostly a $1 or 2 off their regular price but it's a nice benefit because it's 7 days a week, but the times do vary. Again, if you like ramen or udon, this is the place to go. Their sushi is good as well. It's not 5-star high-grade sushi, but it's better than most places in the area.

Yum! I was in the mood for a ramen but didn't feel like driving so I found Fukusuke on Postmates and decided to give it a try. I ordered the spicy garlic butter corn miso ramen (correct me if I got the name wrong) and gyoza as an appetizer. The flavor of the ramen was amazing and I tasted all the ingredients that they promised. The broth was fatty, buttery and spicy. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. PS. I couldn't finish my ramen so I saved it for the next day. I was nervous that the broth was going to get soaked up and make the noodle texture gross but that wasn't the case at all. It was just as amazing as when I received it. Will definitely be visiting the actual restaurant with my boyfriend and friends!

THE best ramen place in the entire world. The best sushi ever. Try the BBQ edamame!!! The ginger eggplant is so good. The sesame green beans are delicious too. OK the best sashimi is the yellow tail jalapeno. to. die. for. The best ramen is the kamaboko ramen...I love fishcake. But really, all their ramen is the bomb . com. We have been coming here since it opened and from day one, the service has been outstanding. Top notch staff here. They cater to you. Always fast and friendly. They are just wonderful people. We LOVE ARTURO. He's the absolute best guy ever. We are coming in for Valentine's Day tomorrow and I wouldn't go any other place to spend with my family on a day of LOVE. xoxoxoxoxo
